Most properties are allowed a "permitted development" allowance of 70 m3 without the need for planning permision, however this includes any extensions etc added to the propert already, also a small amount of homes have had this removed by the local councils. Our experienced staff, work closely with all the local Planning offices and work on your behalf to check the nessesity of any such permissions and give you eace of mind.
